Hydration Awareness week - Are you drinking enough?

Water is one of those things that we all know we need.....but do you know just how effective water can be in helping a great deal of health problems?


Water helps with so many things from how well we focus and think in the day, to how much nutrition we can get from our food. Drinking water helps us digest the food we eat and the circulation of this nutrients around our bodyπŸ‘©β€βš•οΈπŸ₯—πŸ’—

But how much should we be drinking? About 2-2.5 litres πŸ˜³


The bottom line!
Water is important.....full stop! Here are some ideas to encourage drinking enough:

- Always carry a water bottle
- Keep track of how much you are drinking
- Pace yourself, aim to drink half by midday
